Terms of Service

By accessing or using RapidReply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

RapidReply provides an AI-powered transactional SMS service that responds to missed calls and customer enquiries on behalf of trades businesses. AI responses are generated automatically based on customer interactions and the business profile you configure.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated replies may occasionally require human review. You remain responsible for the final handling of every customer enquiry.

RapidReply is designed to support common trades workflows including missed call recovery, lead qualification, photo intake, urgency triage, and SMS or email job alerts to the tradie.

You agree to use RapidReply only for lawful business purposes, including:

• Responding to genuine customer enquiries
• Communicating with customers who have contacted your business
• Operating within Australian consumer and communications laws

You must not use RapidReply to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk marketing messages
• Run cold outreach campaigns to recipients who have not contacted you
• Send misleading, deceptive, harassing or unlawful content
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards, rate limits or compliance controls

• Ensure your business contact details and AI profile are accurate.
• Honour all customer opt-out requests promptly (replies of STOP).
• Comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Consumer Law.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. RapidReply may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, upstream carrier issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Recipients of RapidReply SMS messages can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opt-outs are honoured immediately across the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidReply is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. RapidReply operates in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable telecommunications regulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RapidReply after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
